What data we collect

When booking online: name, phone, email (optional) and any notes you choose to write. When creating an account: name, email and, if you sign in with Google, the identifier and photo Google shares.

We do not collect health data without your knowledge. Whatever you write in the booking notes is treated as confidential and used only to prepare your appointment.

What we use it for

To register and manage your booking, confirm it and remind you by WhatsApp or email, and to keep the clinical record of your appointments. The legal basis is the performance of the service you request and, for the record, the professional duty to keep one.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Who has access

The practitioner and the people who work in the management panel. The technical providers needed for the service — hosting, email delivery and WhatsApp — access only what is strictly necessary to deliver messages.

For how long

Booking records and the appointment history are kept while you are a client and for the period required by the legislation applicable to health records. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, restrict or erase your data, and to object to processing, under the GDPR. To exercise these rights, write to atendimento@priarantes.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
