Corns and callus
Thickened skin that hurts to walk on. Removing it brings immediate relief, but what matters is finding what is causing the pressure.
Nail fungus
Yellowed, thickened or brittle nails. Assessment, treatment and, where indicated, laser therapy for onychomycosis.
Plantar wart
A painful lesion on the sole of the foot, viral in origin, easily mistaken for a callus. The treatment is different — which is why it is assessed before being treated.
Cracked heels
Cracks in the heels that can open up and become infected. The skin is treated and the cause is looked for: footwear, dryness or uneven weight-bearing.
Thickened or misshapen nails
Nails that thicken, change shape or hurt when cut. Technical trimming and, where the nail needs straightening, a nail brace.
Podiatric risk

I am a registered nurse in Portugal and in Brazil, with professional experience in oncology, and I have worked in specialised foot care for more than 20 years.
In Brazil I trained in podology, qualified in clinical podiatry. In Portugal I added training in therapeutic pedicure, bringing different bodies of knowledge and experience together into an individual, careful and evidence-based approach.
My practice combines clinical experience, technical and scientific knowledge, safety and humane care, respecting the needs and the health context of each person.

Do I need a doctor's referral?+
No. You can book directly. If a doctor is following you for a foot condition, bring that information — it helps tailor the treatment.
How long does an appointment take?+
It depends on the service; the duration of each one is shown in the schedule when you pick a time.
I have diabetes. Can I be seen?+
Yes, and you should be. The diabetic foot needs regular checks even without complaints. Mention it when booking so the appointment is prepared accordingly.
How do I cancel or change a booking?+
Through Treatwell, using the link in the confirmation email or SMS, until the deadline stated there. For any questions, contact us on WhatsApp.
Do you do home visits?+
Yes, subject to availability and prior arrangement. Arrange it on WhatsApp, because home visits are not booked through the online schedule.
Where is it and where can I park?+
